Private Message Through PM? #2

Seeing that my previous topic immediatly got closed off with a harsh message, not even allowing me to reply; I made another one.

I know private messages are private but I've been checked on too by mods when people didn't believe the private bids I received, I also heard many other stories when private bids were checked by moderators.

Now plese don't immediatly lock this thread again, you should at least give me the chance to reply

 

They do NOT read your PM's.

Only Shawn could do it, by going into the db.

 

1. We do not read your PMs unless you forward them to us. If anyone told you that moderators are going around reading your private messages, they're full of shit, b/c as you were already told by Peter, it's not even technically possible. If anyone looked into anything, it was because someone forwarded their messages to us.

2. Private auction bids are perfectly valid and happen all the time (I've sold a few sites that way myself, so I know for a fact they happen).

3. If we close your topic, do NOT waste our time starting another one - you were told all you needed to know in the last one.

And read all stickies before posting - they're there for a reason.
