Private Message Problem

Hello I have this private message from someone and it is marked as unread even if I already open it and read. A notification is always poping-up and it's very annoying. I disable the notification under option but it is still there. Another problem is everyime I will send a message to someone, the message that I sent is not showing up in mysent items.

How can I solve this anyone?

 

We are again in the midst of those frequent database problems and during such times, the update happens with lots of delay and hence you would do well to ignore these actions for a while. As soon as the delay is eliminated , you would begin to notice the normalcy returning.... till then just bear with it!
