Private message pop up - constantly and post times incorrect?

    Hey, when i recieve a PM. even though i have read it, i keep getting the pop up every time i load a new screen? And also all the thread times are appearing wrong?

    Now I just received a real PM notification via email with the PM in it but its not in my inbox, so I can't respond to it nor find out who sent it.
