Hey folks i wanted to get some advice or thoughts on my new site. Ive spent countless hours reading ebooks on money making methods some have worked some have not. I have also collected a massive collection of marketing material and goods. So to help people out i started a simple forum based community with access to an archive of marketing products. The idea here is to allow people new or vetran, access to my entire collection of books,templates,scripts,sites,PLR,MMR,and training tutorials to test different marketing methods and techniques. Because this would be a member site each member can post their experiences with different methods or products and not have to hunt down an ebook that may or may not work for them or suit their niche. Bottom line is A marketing community with access to a small arsenal of marketing weapons ready for deployment...all you need is time. Has this been done before? What is a reasonable price to charge people for access? Monthly membership or lifetime? Im new to membership sites so any insight would be awsome. cheers
It probally has been done before or something similar as most ideas have on the internet by now, although this doesn't mean it won't work. As to the price, for the start atleast don't charge! Sure people will be getting free access but you need to build a comunity that actually is active, without that your just another ebook site with no real plus side. Monthly and Lifetime membership, well you should have both as some will want monthly and some will want lifetime. Another cool thing you can do is, give people access to the forum so they can see its active but block them from all the links to things like eBooks and pictures, gets alot more sales as people can read that its actually working before they part with their hard earned cash. Hope that gives a few ideas to help.
Hi Bubba, Assuming you have the rights to include all the material you say you have in your members area (make sure because this could cause you bigger problems you ever imagined) I would definitely go with the Free access... you could build a pretty impressive list that way and start building that so important relationship!!!
