Thank you for the feedback. The logo is supposed to say IQ combined together in a simple way. The airplane is the I with the dot on top and the Q around it.
@getdomain4u not feeling this concept. @remus94 thanks for the revisions but I don't see this working for us. @dikoka sorry, I think the concept is just a little bit too complex. Even after you told me, I can't figure it out @cyz12 please read the contest guidelines @puttu not liking the magnifying glass. Maybe there's something to be had with the airplane if it didn't have too many lines on the bottom and resembled a plane more. What if you had 2 drips on the right go right and around, and two on the left go left and around forming a circle around the plane? @jeproox not a fan of any of these. Overall, we are still not hitting on anything that I like. Focus on something modern, simple and clever. Our search will be very intelligent and contains search filters and smart algorithms that other apps don't have. The concept can also be a little be more abstract if needed. Doesn't have to be necessarily a plane. Please avoid in using the magnifying glass.
@logos4all I don't like the revised concept from before with the two wings because it's just not appealing and it's also not clear to most people what it represents. Regarding your entry #34, I somewhat like it, but the top of the airplane body looks pretty bad. It doesn't fit well in there. @jeproox sorry, don't like it. @FlashD something to this, but the airplane itself looks strange here and out of balance with the rest of the logo. I like the text. @puttu #31 & #32 I'm not just feeling it for some reason. @getdomain4u sorry, not much I like about it. @remus94 the whole logo is just off balance. It looks like you perhaps tried to make something in the golden ratio but it's only the shape of not what it actually means to do something in the golden ratio. This is what the golden ratio is and what it looks like when its used in logo design: https://www.thelogocreative.co.uk/using-the-golden-ratio-in-logo-design/ It results in something aesthetically pleasing to the eye and quite symmetric. Guys, don't get caught up on the airplane itself. Think about how many apps are there using an airplane. How will we stand out? How do we show that we are smarter and cooler than them? It doesn't necessarily have to be an airplane. Look at Bumble, twitter, snapchat, airbnb, etc. They don't use the immediately obvious concepts.
I am extending this contest since some current participants asked for more time to submit their entries, and I also have a few other people that I invited that wanted to submit their entries. @getdomain4u sorry, not liking the concept. We want something round. The current elements don't blend well together and i dont think this would set us apart. @puttu not a big fan of either, sorry.
