    Helvetii's Bullshit

    Only in Helvetii's imagination.

Helvetii considers an article on a free blog website that has about the same credibility as Geocities to be "well documented". Based on Helvetii's past lies, why am I not surprised at this?

What's really surprising is that I suspect that Helvetii does not think she is lying and that she actually believes what she reads on free blogs. It's a shame, really. Some might say Helvetii's pathetic, but I think it's just a shame.

O.K., Helvetii, let's play your game for awhile, O.K.?

Now, according to the website you referenced:
    http://www.armycourtmartialdefense.info/2010/12/typical-day-for-pfc-bradley-manning.html
these are the conditions of Manning's confinement according to you:
    - "The guards at the confinement facility are professional. At no time have they tried to bully, harass, or embarrass PFC Manning. "
    - "Under the rules for the confinement facility, he is not allowed to sleep at anytime between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m."
    - "He is allowed to watch television during the day...1 to 3 hours on weekdays to 3 to 6 hours on weekends."
    - Every day "from 7:00 p.m. to 9:20 p.m., he is given correspondence time. He is given access to a pen and paper. He is allowed to write letters to family, friends, and his attorneys."
    - "Each night, during his correspondence time, he is allowed to take a 15 to 20 minute shower."
    - "On weekends and holidays, he is allowed to have approved visitors see him from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. "
    - "He is allowed to have any combination of up to 15 books or magazines. "

He has certain restrictions because he is on Prevention of Injury (POI) watch, such as "he is prevented from exercising in his cell." because exercise could be a cover for an act of self-injury. "He does receive one hour of exercise outside of his cell daily" which is restricted to walking because his exercise could be a cover for an act of self-injury

His conditions are a lazy man's dream. If there are abuses someone smarter than Helvetii is going to have to point them out.

    Now, Helvetii wrote:
    #1 - Helvetii LIE
    #2 - Helvetii LIE
#3 - Rules of the facility.
#4 - Another Helvetii LIE - Manning can exercise outside of his cell

So, as you can see, Helvetii, once again you have proven that you are to bullshit, what Stonehenge is to rocks.

May I ask you Corwin what is wrong with Private Manning blowing a whistle ? Wikileaks and its purpose of transparency.

There's no point responding to Corwins posts if my posts are going to be deleted by Smyrl or whichever Mod it is for some silly reason even though my posts are much much less hostile than the ones I'm responding to.

I'm not going to bother responding since certain American moderators are hell bent on suppressing views and censoring exposures.

People can study the evidence and decide for themselves:

Lawyer: Military Mistreats Bradley Manning, Accused WikiLeaker, in Prison

They also said that there is no abuse at Guantanamo Bay and everything is as per "rules of the detention facility"

The moderators have no concept of fair play: Corwin (etc.) slanders - false allegations, to their happy and biased content.

The Moderators appreciate fair play. Breeze and Helvetii do not.

That is why Helvetii has been banned again - it's because of his continued slander and false allegations.

Seriously, Helvetii - a video from TheGlobalReport(dot)org? Can't you ever give us a mainstream website that supports your views?

BTW, don't go to that website, I got a Flash security alert. It's also a farm website that squats a whopping 135 websites on the same IP address. The WOT Scorecard shows the website with a Trustworthiness Score of zero. Perfect for Breeze and Helvettii!

Helvetii consistently repudiated allegations with objective discussions backed by facts that seldom if ever crossed into personal attacks.

Corwin is incapable of objectivity, relying souly on slander, false allegations and personal attacks.

Unfortunately, Helvetii got banned because of a few of your 'komradz' especially 'Dr.Snit'z'. I haven't seen you post anything yet other than constant attack on Helvetii. He's banned and cannot defend himself. You know better since you told us 'you sat in a jury chair for a week'. But that doen't mean squat and make you an instant 'nominatus intelehentus'. Moving forward get back to the issue and you haven't answered my question on the other thread yet.

I really have no clue, either. "Dr. Snit'z?" "komradz"? "nominatus intelehentus"

I think we need to run Misato's posts thru the Breeze translator.

Corwin, now I do understand that your 'golden' style of posting is nothing more than hot air. A noob like you should know how to search for post study and learn. Since you stated you were on that jury stand for a week now my doubts are complete. Poor defendant as one of the jury can't even or even knows how to search-find-analyze. If I was the defendant, and was given the opportunity to choose someone I will choose gworld as my judge-jury and executioner at any time over you and your friends here. At least I might have the chance rather than the ignorance combined of your group here. ROFL !

US investigators have been unable to find evidence directly linking WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange and Bradley Manning, the army private suspected of passing on confidential documents to the whistleblowing website, according to a report last night.

The officials say that while investigators have determined that Manning had allegedly unlawfully downloaded tens of thousands of documents onto his own computer and passed them to an unauthorized person, there is apparently no evidence he passed the files directly to Assange, or had any direct contact with the controversial WikiLeaks figure.

NBC also reported that the commander of Manning's military jail at the Quantico US Marine base exceeded his authority in placing the private on suicide watch last week, and that army lawyers had the restrictions removed:

Military officials said Brig Commander James Averhart did not have the authority to place Manning on suicide watch for two days last week, and that only medical personnel are allowed to make that call.

The official said that after Manning had allegedly failed to follow orders from his Marine guards. Averhart declared Manning a "suicide risk." Manning was then placed on suicide watch, which meant he was confined to his cell, stripped of most of his clothing and deprived of his reading glasses — anything that Manning could use to harm himself. At the urging of US Army lawyers, Averhart lifted the suicide watch.

Manning remains in solitary confinement in his cell for 23 hours each day, with only one hour for exercise and one hour watching television.

Manning's treatment has attracted criticism from human rights watchdog Amnesty International, which describes his conditions as "inhumane":

I wouldn't suggest anything. The rules were written long before I got here. In answer to your question, Lethal Injection at Fort Leavenworth, in the State of Kansas.

But you forgot to highlight the most important bit there...it says death is only an option if it can be proved the latter part of your highlight. (A), (B) (C) & (D). Gee, it's not like you to miss minor details in order to further your cause. Are you feeling okay?

I'm sure you are perfectly capable of reading a,b,c, and d, as well as following the link. Private Manning definitely qualifies for lethal injection. Whether they will seek it or not remains to be seen. If the evidence shows he is a guilty, I hope they dispense with him in the most expeditious and cost effective way under law. I can't imagine it is cheap to keep a traitor alive in a military prison.
