That "fine print" is saying that other affiliate networks who broker our offers are "eligible" for those prizes meaning not only do affiliates earn those prizes but affiliate networks who broker our offers also get them.
Look up the definition of eligible before you run in here and look stupid.
Eligible: qualified to participate or be chosen
Meaning networks are qualified to participate in this contest.

Nowhere do I read in that definition that YOU MAY WIN.
