Privat Message prompt wont go away

No matter what I do I cant seem to get rid of the new private message prompt. I cant delete the message and I've also tried clearing temp files and cookies.

It only does it for one certain message.

Please Help.

 

This is a server issue, and not anything to do with your own system. This is very common on Mondays which is one of the peak times. Don't worry about repeated messages, PM's that won't disappear or show as read, and posts that don't appear to show up. They sort themselves out eventually.
