Privacy settings for 3.5?

    Anybody know how to change the privacy settings in the latest version of Wordpress manually?

    I had it set to block the searchengines when I upgraded, and now it keeps switching back to blocking the searchengines when done with Wordpress 3.5 and I can't change it back.

    Where did you block them? in WP itself? In a plugin? In .htaccess?

    On WordPress 3.5 privacy setting has been deleted. Use robots.txt

    I used the WP dashboard (Settings/Privacy). It's no longer on the dashboard in 3.5, and clicking on the link in WP that's saying I'm blocking the robots doesn't do it, it keeps switching back to blocked. The htaccess file isn't blocking it

    Where is the robot.txt? It's a sub-domain, it's not in that root domain or in the TLD.
