    If you using WP it easy, just download privacy policy plugin and it automatically create for you, for Blogspot maybe you must create itself ;)

    yes, I guess you have to, too. Because blogspot will not know if you're using adsense or not, so their privacy policies will not be tailored to your situation. You can take the one on my site and change the domain name.

    you create a bog post with the privacy policies and then you make a link to it in your sidebar.

    Simple..... Create a brand new post with your Privacy Policy and Title it "Privacy Policy" then post it. Take the URL from that post and create a hyperlink on your footer by going to "layout" and add "html/java" insert the copied URL into that box, name it Privacy Policy, drag it to footer
