    Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum, so please bear with me if I should have posted in another section.

I've been doing a lot of research regarding adsense, and something I came across today was that Google favours sites with Privacy Policy and Terms of Service content pages for their adsense.

    Can anyone confirm this?

    Thanks

    Flynn

There was a lot of talk about this on DP when Google introduced the rule that all websites had to have a privacy policy. The majority of people are still surviving without one. As for Google favouring sites with it, I don't think this is the case.

The rules say you "must have and abide by" a privacy policy..

its not a matter of google favoring sites with privacy policy, its mandatory. all sites having adsense must have privacy policy according to google's TOS update mid this year. however, google is not yet taking any step for site that dont have any privacy policy. may be in the future but who knows

    Thank You.

So I don't need to worry about a Terms of Service? Only the Privacy Policy?

    Flynn :)
