I'm working on my website terms and conditions, privacy policy information on my site but I don't have a clue how to write that out.

How do you all do that?

Consider getting an attorney, like Jeffrey Cohen. Otherwise, you might check out some boiler plate agreements. These might be useful but having a relationship with an attorney is better

Look at how popular websites and your competitors write their terms and conditions and other notices.

If you are selling a product or a service or are dealing with minors, you should definitely have an agreement reviewed by a qualified attorney. Also be aware of EU data collection and processing laws.

How did we do it? As any sensible business does, paid a solicitor.

Terms and conditions are there to assist you, if they arent written correctly they can do the exact opposite. With many of the home written ones I have seen they will have opened the site owner up to greater liabilities rather than helped mitigate them.
