unless google has said a date (the blog doesn't say any),it is when you clicked "i accept" on the new TOS. i don't think they would enforce it right off anyway though.

Yep. I remembered May 25th also, but said mid-May to be safe. I assume that's when they are going to start taking things seriously. Like suggested, get things taken care of earlier.
I have a feeling that what they would maybe do is give people till the end of 2008 as am absolute latest to get PP's in place on all sites using adsense. Its like they are not panicking anyone yet but hoping that most will not take too long getting a privacy policy in place on each website.
