Privacy polices contact main page or post in Wordpress is o.k.?

I have had adsense 5 years and gotten 2 checks so trust me I am not an adsense abuser. However, I had always had my privacy contact and policies set as posts in Wordpress rather than pages. Is it o.k. or am I in Adsense violation?

Also are there any other required stuff? I was told there were 5 but I only ever heard of 3?

I always put my "policies" and anything like that as "pages" and not "posts..." this works better for my sites, and as long as they are present, Google doesn't seem to care in my experience.

I almost always have: (depends on the type of site)

    1. Contact info
    2. Privacy Policy
    3. Terms & Conditions
    4. Earnings Disclaimer

In general it's just a simple statement that any links or ads on the site could result in some kind of compensation for the site owner.

This is a good example of one: http://www.adsense-cashmachine.com/Disclaimer.html

But, it doesn't have to be that long or complex.
