Privacy and Terms of Use Pages on WP

Do you put pricavy and terms of use pages on your wordpress blogs?

I'm wanting to put them on mine but feel a bit confused about how to handle it. I don't want links to them from every post and am not sure how you put links to them that only appear on the home page.

How do you handle this? Do you even bother?

If you are planning to use Adsense on your blogs, then you are required by Google to have a Privacy Policy on your site.

Thanks for that Alex. I was unaware of that. Will definately go ahead then and still very interested to hear how others handle this on Wordpress Blogs.

I am about 90% certain that WP offers the option to create "pages" from the control panel. Adding a permanent link in the footer should be easy once you have the page.

 

I was completely unaware of that too.

if you want the link to display on just the homepage wrap it in a conditional tag

 

CJ also requires a privacy policy about 3rd party sales...as does mostly every affiliate program.
