    haven't watched Prison Break yet.. and i 'lost' track of LOST episodes..

    but was able to catch some episodes of Heroes.. for now, I'll go with Heroes..

    I would say Heroes all the way! I also do like Prison Break but I would always pick heroes. I never really watched Lost nor really understood it...sorry:(
