Printing problems with "Long Letters"

Is there some arbitrary limit to the file length that can be printed in the "Letters" section of OG? Our Contract/TOS/AUP is all rolled into one for our colo customers and only the first 4 pages will print, and the 5th ends up printing only a few lines. What gives?

    Thanx...

What size paper are you printing on, normal Letter? The currently limit is 6 pages, so you are still within the bounds of being okay (at least you should be).

Printing to a new HP Color Laser. Ok, the doc is a full 7 pages, so my guess is that must be the problem. I guess we can shrink the text size down? I know it seems like a large doc, but for our colo we have our contract, TOS, AUP, and every other bit of info we send out in a nice little packet all in one doc. Otherwise we would be there all day clicking "Letters", selecting letter type, then print/email, etc...

I do keep this stuff in a PDF form, which is how I normall print it out, but would like to print it via OG so that all the user info, name/address is printed for them into the customized document on the fly like we do with our other contracts/user agreements.

    Thanx.
