Printing problem in OptiGold

    I'm having a bit of a problem printing in OptiGold.

    Opti is on an Windows SBS 2008 server at a colo. Our accounting staff connects to Opti via RDP. Printing is done at accounting staff's place on a printer directly connected to a PC there. Printing is working just fine from the SBS server to the printer over RDP. What isn't working is printing in Opti. Every time we try to print, we get a "printer not activated: -30" error message.

    Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this? We need to print invoices pretty soon and currently can't.
