printing gallop poll results?

is it legal to print gallop poll results or is this copyright infringement

 

I notice the media quoting Gallup all the time, but you're not CNN. So, how come a big media outlet can get away with it and perhaps you can't? I don't know. You wouldn't happen to have a relative that's a copyright lawyer would you?

 

I think if you credit the source there should be no problem.
