    It's overall not that bad, really. it's organized and it's simple. However, I'd maybe change the color of the white URL links on that light grey menu at the top -- you want to maintain a decent and easy to read contrast level wherever you place text so you can appeal to anybody regardless of their eyesight (with the exception of total blindness ofc, it's mainly a usability issue).
