Go to a university you like, instead of a university you think you are going to like. It isn't about the prestige of the school, rather the motivation of the student. I was accepted to an ivy league school and it was the worst year of my life, didn't go back after the first year.
i think havard is more presitigous. i know its really hard to get in. and quite expensive. however im not sure exactly the grades needed to get in but.....its tough!
Lol if i learn really hard i won`t have any problems the pass sat with 2200++ points.But i am not part of any charity or volunteer programs.My father can pay the money needed if i have the chanse to be accepted to a prestiogious university.Not only Harvard of course,what about Marshall or Yale ?In Europe Oxford and Cambridge are the best but they are extremely expensive...Plus i am not into learning in England.People there seem to be too proud and cold.Anyway ,i have 2 more years until i graduate high school.
Well its not too late to join up some groups and put in some volunteer work. Even if you don't need the money from scholarships it could bring in, this is becoming one of the biggest decision-makers when it comes to who gets admissions or not. Whether its a charity or a social organization or an academic club, they're looking for social interaction and experience working in a group. Get a position with a title if you can
Well,i ve been part of the red cross organisation for about 3 years.Does this help I ve been doing things like giving blood every year,giving money for different kind of things,i saved an old man from dying after being hit by a car.And i ve got a certificate about all this.
Yeah, Red Cross would be great. Blood & money is good but spend time, too. If you help organize a drive or even just help work with them, these things will really stand out on college applications. If you take on a position as a volunteer leader, admissions will have some proof that you can organize people and move toward completing goals. Of course, this is all important in addition to the book smarts
Well asa far as I know. Harward has much more repu than princeton but still princeton still gives best students and best youth generation to world....
I dont think there many difference.I mean,both universities are one of the best and open your doors to everywhere.
