Which university do you think is more prestigious ?And what are the steps to be accepted to one of them ?SAT,TOEFL high results ?Of course money ?
Full score of 800 for SAT does not automatically gain you admissions. You need to be better than that academically as well as extra qualifications for eg excel in sports etc. Yes I would say that they are over rated. But they have such a strong alumni, that is what makes them attractive. Both of them are good in their respective fields, it would be difficult to say which is better, that depends on the area you are concentrating, same for the rest of the Ivy leagues.
I go to a prestigious UK university. I think that neither of those mentioned are over rated. If you get into them you will be among geniuses. Personally it depends on specifics such as the subject in a decision between these two. Good luck.
Over rated ?For god sake,Albert Einschtein taught in Princeton.... And how many points on SAT approximetely do i need for getting there ?
Harvard. Because they have like famous people go there to do Graduation Day "Eve" talks. TBH I haven't a clue... I'm a Britain... Cambridge! There.
I would advise you to visit the college network site www.theu.com You would get information on that site
And for the third time ????Do you have any idea if the max score of SAT is 2400 how many points do i need to be accepted ,lets say the money is not problem
See this is why I love having a blog. I've already answered the question about ivy-league admissions so I'll just link you to it instead of re-typing it Top SATs and grades are essential (2200+?), but you need even more than that really ... Clubs, work experience, leadership, charity work, awards from competitions... Money doesn't matter to Harvard much anymore, most students can get free tuition or generous financial aid supplements. A lot of ivy league colleges have billions in trusts and investments, so they only care about getting the best students and professors available. If anything, this is making it harder for people to get in and increases the pressure on admissions counselors to find things other than perfect grades and perfect test scores to decide who gets in.
I don't think it is as important as finding the college that is best for you and makes you the happiest. Your true skills can come from outside of school. So many people made fortunes online without any prestigious degrees.
