From 23rd Jan-2012, Prime Minister of INDIA- Dr.Manmohan Singh is in twitter. But the PM office never expect a warm welcome from Poonam Pandey, a model from India with a Bikini pic and she tweeted as follows: Heard @PMOIndia is on Twitter, does he Knows that @iPoonampandey is on Twitter too ...so a Welcoming Pic Code (markup):
Finally he is on twitter. But one more thing he is the PM of India and still his account is not verified. Don't you think its quite awkward?
Very obviously the twitter account will not be operated by him. And his account won't be 'interacting' with anyone. Sort of a PR account. But I guess the current govt is so deep in corruption shit that no amount of PR can save it. Manmohan Singh needs to have confidence to speak up first...that douche just sits in Parliament like a zombie. This cartoon totally sums up his many expressions:
The Indian PM is in Twitter since all the good schemes by the government are not reaching much public attention, due to few corrupt culprits
Is this another one of those things that even Indians don't care about while the rest of the world never hears about it ? I mean if my PM would do that I would accuse him of slaking instead of doing his job . We don't pay politicians to sit their asses on Twitter .
You'd probably be surprised at the amount of things you do not know Apoc. For starters, that are quite a few world leaders on twitter, including: - British PM David Cameron - US President Barack Obama - Australian PM Julia Gillard SHOCKED? Go ahead, accuse them of slacking (I believe that's what you meant instead of "slaking"), but that wouldn't be fair because none of them actually "sit their asses" on twitter...their accounts are managed by PR/Communications teams to post updates....you know, just like they have media advisors for working with the news media to disseminate information. Many politicians have realized the importance of social media in communicating directly with people. And honestly its not "one of those things that the rest of the world never hears about" especially when the BBC among others covers it: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-india-16695622 Of course, since you weren't aware that there are actually leaders of Western countries on twitter (include one from your fav Europe), we can safely assume its one of the many things that Apoc never hears about.
PM of India or President of Congress party Sonia Gandhi.. Exactly who is handling the twitter account.
@sar420 Two out of those accounts are not managed by them so that makes them just sock puppets . Julia seems to be the only one tweeting and not many people give a frak about a bitch that who pretends to care . She is following 126,236 you really think she reads the tweets of 126,236 people ? Also why would I be shocked ? I don't care . BTW it's great to see that you're trying to be a grammar natzi while adding "Last edited by sar420; Today at 1:10 am. Reason: typos" . Speaking of BBC news it's nice to see they give India a positive light : http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-india-17022847
What exactly are you trying to contradict me on? It was you who imagined that these leaders people tweet on their own, while I said its their PR/communications team who post the updates...so why do you think I would imagine Julia Gillard herself reads the tweets of thousands of people. Pretending to be a retard? Thank you thats a fine compliment, grammar nazi BTW why do you post in threads of topics you dont care about? Just wondering... Aah, I can imagine the childish glee on your face when you found out that link. Kudos for going completely off topic for your prejudicial orgasm
Sar you're a special person (i'd use another world but the rules say i got to be nice ) . First of all why make a twitter account if you're not gonna use it yourself ? It's pathetic to make them just as a PR exercise , since the people can't communicate with you . As for Julia's account that's downright stupid , it's like she's saying "I'm interested in your opinion but i won't spend even 1 second to hear it" . Nice to see you're as ignorant as always , personally i was shocked to see that after 5 freaking years since the BBC first reported that the situation hasn't changed even 1 bit . However now that I think about it I might share that article with some friends , i mean it would only take a few hours to disseminate it an all major forums. Tell me would that be wrong ? Would it be wrong of me to promote "Incredible India" ?
Oh there's absolutely no wrong in highlighting issues...just create a new thread or post in relevant threads. Your posting that link here didn't make any sense at all...or did it? Go ahead and post it in as many forums as you like, as it is I doubt you have much other work to do.
Well it got you to tone down from sounding all high and mighty . Your a much nicer person when you drop down the patriotic fanfaronade .
