Pricing web design, anyone know what this site was?

Back in February there was a link on here for a site that told you how to work out how much to charge per hour on web design projects, I just cant find the thread again, does anyone know which site it was. From what I can remember, it was done by a web designer, site was black I think

 

Pearsonified had an article like that.

 

i would charge $35 an hour but shouldn't you do it on the scale of the project rather than the hours so you have an agreed price before you start work for your client

 

i charge $25 per hour
