I think there are many tools which will search do-follow blogs for you. Then I don't think anyone will buy them unless the price is very less.
On a blog, every "inner page" was once the main, 'index' page of the blog. Not so on a static site; "inner pages" sometimes have lower PR than the site itself (although I have very good reasons for believing it's the PR of the site that actually counts). But blog pages, by nature, have ALL at one time been the "Home Page" of the blog.
