Hi, I'm thinking about selling some links on my PR5 site but I'm not sure about pricing them. The traffic used to be high but has dropped off because I neglected the site for a while. However, I am revamping it and adding in a lot of quality content. How does one price a sitewide link for sale on this site? I was thinking $5-$10 a month? Maybe less? Given that the traffic is expected to rise (now that I'm heavily promoting it), should I just wait until I have good traffic proof and then sell at a higher rate? Mike.
My site is a PR4 site and my advertisers pay $15 a month for a link site wide. I believe that your site deserves more. however, the challenge is in influencing people to advertise in your site. Sell it low and slowly build a reputation. I believe that it's very much easier to convince future advertisers if you could show that there are people who have also invested in your site. Just my 2 cents. =)
