I have a valid pr6 .com that I have a buyer for. I am looking for some help establishing a negotiating price to start.

It is aged four years (regged 2007). It is a valid Google PageRank of 6. It has numerous pr7 and pr6 inbounds from .EDUs. It is a 4-letter acronym plus the word journal, so not a lot of AdWords value there. No hyphens, no numbers, no odd characters.

If you were selling this, where would start the price negotiation at?

If it has good backlinks and you belive the page rank wil be consistent. my advise would be either to setup a new site on it in the same niche to make the backlinks relevant.. if I were you I would not sell if for anytin less than 800usd.I know you can get much more than that. search for some experience domain sellers on this forum & ask them for help. they might help you sell it and take a percentage.
