It completely depends on what your are looking for. Large sites with multiple pages which are dynamic and have a flashy template will cost much much more than a static html site with 5 pages and a basic template. You really need to say what kind of services you would be looking for and people will give you prices depending.
Its depends on the design.Anyway I think u can get website with 5 static pages for $150, with some programming.
5 page static site i'd do for $50 + more for graphics/stock images/flash/etc. So it all depends on what your looking for. Some people do it dirt cheap as they are looking to make up a portfolio (like I am). Some do it for a living and so will charge more but it may be higher quality (not to say my sites arn't high quality, but you get what you pay for).
5 pages without any graphics or images would be very dull. Have seen people on here offering websites for $20 and have project managed the delivery (unfortunately not by us) of websites over $32,000,000 (and it was only for additional functionality not a complete site)
Depends on what kind of prices you're looking for. Are you a Web designer looking to set his or her rate? Or are you a prospective client shopping around? If it's the former, I'll be more than happy to link you to some articles on how to price your own Web work. If it's the latter, forget about it. There's a reason why price fixing is illegal here in the US, and asking people to post their rates just reeks of it.
That can from 0 to thousands $$ Depends on the skills, the experience, the country, the relationship...
I usually tell everyone to start at $60/hour (that's American dollars) so that every minute is worth a dollar and they don't get ripped off doing work for peanuts (if even that). But yeah, I can post the links. http://www.sitepoint.com/article/freelance-pricing-1-set-rate http://www.sitepoint.com/article/pricing-2-quoting-win http://www.sitepoint.com/article/web-work-should-charge http://www.pearsonified.com/2006/06/how_much_should_a_design_cost.php
