hi you can also post your project on a freelance site like www.1stchoicefreelancer.com and get professionals to give you a price for the work.

najeeborg, so you made a Web site, and are looking at selling it but not sure how to price it? Am I right?

I am self employed, as a Web designer, so I have to price my hourly rate at £30 an hour ($60). But I never charge by the hour, I usually charge per project.

For a six page web site, NOT including any flash work, I would charge in the region of $500 to $1000, depending on the work involved.

I'd charge more than $400 for the maintenance, web development and flash. It's really sad when some works are undervalued :|
