Price Per Click drop

Has anyone noticed a price per click drop today. I'm not panicing but with the same traffic and clicks, the price per click dropped significantly today (like over 80%). Would seem to be strange that every advertiser in all channels would lower their bids at the same time. Or is this a case of SmartPricing? And if so, why today when all of the channels have been performing for months? Almost seems like Google is trying to hit some numbers at the end of the month. And what could anyone do about it? Funny how they can just tweak the percentage up or down and instantly they make millions more in profit. Man, I LOVE this company!!!

I have been getting $1.00 clicks today while i am usually in the $0.15 - $0.20 range. I think it is just you!

    2 Words... Smart Pricing

Either that or maybe there was just 1 or 2 advertisers driving the click price up in your niche that have reached their budget for the month. Hope for #2.

Sucks for me. My site has a CTR in the 20s, and it seems to keep going down. From normally 75 cent click range to high teens, like 19cents etc.. Kinda stinks. And depressing. The traffic I get is highly targetted traffic too!
