    Hey guys I want to buy this website whose Alexa ranking is around 1000
    and it gets huge amount of traffic. PageRank is 4 or 5 but I dont care about PR the site gets good amount of traffic. Earnings are around $2000 a month or something.

    How much can i get the website for?

    I cant give the URL sorry..

    I'd say it's somewhere from $15 000 to $20 000, depending on what site that is.

    15000 is too low for a site with 1000 rank !..
    i think a site with 21000 rank was sold for around 25000 $ recently... :)...

    1000 aleaxa rank,so site must be getting huge traffic,and with $2k/month earning,i am guessing it value around $45-$60k

    $70,000 would be a solid MINIMUM offer based on JUST the stats. Of course, it can be worth a lot more.

    I think the site is at least worth 50k+

    Its alexa 1000 and the guy is just a stupid person
    he doesnt know anything about advertisement or anything.
    He makes 2k thru donations. Thats it.

    Gets around few millions a month..

    You'll need to be more specific over traffic. I am guessing 1000 alexa rank is around 20k uniques a day. Although $2000 a month in revenue is low for that kind of traffic.

    You multiply the average monthly revenue into 12 which gives the approximate worth
    2000*12=$24000
    Of course, a lot depends on the niche and traffic source :)

    If your earnings are around $2000 a month through this website then i suggest you to never think to selling it. Just concentrate more on this site and make more then current income there.
