Best way to find a price would be to post an ad requesting quotes. Be sure to provide lots of details about what you are searching for and how soon you want it. Some people charge low prices and some charge high prices, you get what you pay for of course. Good luck!
I believe the price of the copy has a lot to do with: * how much are you planning on making from whatever it is this page is going to sell * how long the copywriter is going to take to do the work * how effective the copywriter's track record is. The second one is less relevant, but the copywriter may take it into account. However, overall the question of price comes down to: How big is the problem that the copywriter is solving for you? If you're selling content that gives you revenue on average of $100/day, then over a month you're getting about $3000. In six months that's $18,000. If the copywriting is essential to converting readers/visitors into customers, then I think 3 - 5% of that should go to the writer. That's how I calculate my fees.
