    You can hire a person from freelance websites or privately. To estimate the price, i suggest you to post your project details on any freelance websites and give it a note that asking for an estimation amount. You'll get replies from the developers / companies who can deliver you project. There is also one benefit for you, if you post your project in a free lance website. i.e. replies to your project proposal are public, so developers will compete with each other and there is a possibility to get your project done at low budget..

    This is the good idea to go for a freelance websites where you can get the optimal result .I mean to say that you can get the best result among all.As many people discuss earlier you can hire a person privately but sometimes it will be costly.
