Hi, What can be the general price of a PR 3 link? Make it say non relevant? I don't have much knowledge about these and so would like to know exactly. I am interested in selling links and want to put up a perfect price to attract buyers. Thanks!

It is very difficult to generalize link prices. Is the link on a proper site or a site hosted by a free host? Is it a homepage link or innerpage link? What are the traffic stats? Is the PR reliable? (Recent PR updates have given high PR to sites with just few links) How serious is owner of the site about developing and marketing the site? Usually webmasters sell permanent links on sites for which it is difficult to sell links on monthly basis. For example personal blogs, inner pages of sites or directories etc. Prices are dependant on niche of the site too. A PR3 link on finance site will sell for more than a PR3 link on a philanthropy site. Still without any of the above questions answered , I would say $10 (for permanent link) would be a fair price provided the page has sufficient backlinks (or a link from a high PR page) to justify PR3.
