that is true, but have any one noticed that BVW is almost like BMW with no risk of copyright infringement due to shortness of the name - that is a plus
And if you don't think W is not a quality letter, tell that to BMW so they might drop their domain name and I could pick it up

I have seen records that lll .com are pulled with UDRP. If I spend on BVW then how can I protect it from UDRP? Should I trademark the word mark BVW in US? I can see that there is BVW Holdings LLC in ALABAMA, US.
