    Hello,
    Could someone give me an idea of how much money I would expect if I sold a site/forum with the following criteria:
    Pagerank: 2
    Total posts: approx 51,000
    Total members: approx 300
    Monthly uniques: approx 1000

    It will also depend on the domain, the age of the domain, backlinks and also if you have been getting any revenue from it. These things will all help with the price.

    The domain was registered june 2006.
    The site doesnt have many backlinks, only about 20.
    The site got $45 during november and december, and also gets $15 per month from banner advertisements.
    Also the site/forum is basketball related.

    Normally sites sell for 10x their monthy profits. Based on this, you should expect around $150. Having said that, if the prospective buyer feels that the site can be optimised further, he may offer more.
