Selling Price DROP - www.bestad.org for sale $150

I am selling a advertising site - Best Ad Advertising a 6 letter domain (owned it for two years) http://www.bestad.org . Global Monthly Searches 450,000 Local Monthly Searches 246,00. There are multiple other keywords it goes under also. Domain AND HOSTING Expires Feb 02 2014 - So everything is payed for till then. PR 2 site. Was a web design site as of this past month I have made the site into a place to showcase ads etc. Everything is unique you wont see this again.

I have adsense on it right now.


Site is listed first page in google,bing,yahoo under keywords "best ad".


- Best Ad.org is a premium domain if you look on Godaddy but I need the money now.


The host I use has unlimited bandwidth and disk space.
