Price check on pr4 image hosting site

First, i am not going to sell the site now. But i just want to ask for a price.
Here are the features:

- Site is pr4
- 4-5 months old. (not exactly sure)
- Unique php code. (in fact, it is very similar to another image hosting site i coded for a customer)
- Automatic thumbnail generation
- Very detailed administration panel
- NOT template based, but very clean coded
- Nice, clean design
- Users are able to choose one of 5 different css files
- No registration required to upload
- Very unique impression based advertising script. (advertisers can track their campaign, see ctr, etc.)
- Multiple image uploading (You can select max number of images to upload at a time in the admin panel)
- Allows users to upload images in a zip file, and then the script extracts all the files and adds to site
- Image verification code to get rid of bots
- Automatic bbcode and html code generation for forums and webpages
- Image compression to lower bandwidth usage
- Very low advertising revenue. I can hardly pay hosting with the advertising revenue. (But they are not optimized)
- Currently hosting over 6000 images
- 4000-5000 daily unique visitors, ~10gb daily bandwidth usage

IMPORTANT: I am not selling the site at the moment. This thread is just to get an idea on the price. I will be very glad if you help me.

Honestly you told me people the main reason not to buy your site. 10 GB a day is 300 GB a month and your not making enough to cover bandwidth and server costs.

PM me a link and I will take a look and see if it can be turned around.

 

I honestly can't see a reason your site would get 4-5k uniques a day. Maybe you mean "hits"? My average hits per day from Oct is 10,534. I currently serve 9k images and my unique visitors hover around 100+/day. My bandwidth use per day is less than 1GB.

If I had 5k unique visitors I would make way more than the $10-ish a day I now make, paying user registrations not counted.

This from your site footer concerns me. (and really isn't fair)

But in any case, show the unique visit proof and you'll probably get some good offers...hell maybe even from me. That amount of traffic is like gold. I highly doubt your numbers though. My guess from the 4-5k number you posted is ~50 uniques AT MOST per day.
