Normally I'd appraise Belizean domains quite lowly, but this one does have reasonable potentional - possibly for use as a price comparison engine. I'd say it's worth upwards of $200, and the right buyer may be prepared to pay thousands.

A banana skin here is the prominence of the .biz TLD, as the layperson may well think that you've made a typo. People reading the name of the domain aloud may also say biz rather than bee zee or bee zed.

    I totally agree with you.

The only thing that hurts such a wonderful name is the extention. The thing is the .BZ extention is very very weak in the market and has a less value then the majors being com/net/org or even info/ws/biz/us

Although in time this should change. Maybe the BZ will become a recognized extention and the value sure will sky rocket.

Right.. I am a strong believer in the original 3 domains (.com.net.org).. and really anything else I could care less about.. even something like sex.bz or something does not appeal to me.. could just be a personal thing though..

Many people are like yourself and I am like that too for development. But for the domain market many new extentions are becoming wanted and are being sold. The sales for .US extensions are selling now for xx,xxx amounts which would mean the original 3 arent the only ones. Infact not only .US but almost every extention is going up in value, an example would be the .IN extention as it prooved to make good sales past month.

Right - I'm not arguing that SOME people may be interested in them.. but for whatever stubborn reason - I personally have no interest in them... I believe a big part of it to me is that it is not a non-renewable resource; new country extentions and whatnot are revealed all the time, but .com, .net, and .org 'stock' are more closely compared to gold in that a new resource (.bz, .io, etc.) will not pop up and.. well.. you know what I'm getting at..
