    If you use different name and address for the new adsense account, you may still apply the Adsense ads to the original site. No problem.

    I've been there, done that.

    I was banned from one of my websites, then I went and registered adsense for another domain, and was accepted, 4 days later. I got the banned email again.

    Do let us know if they didn't ban you again.

    I wouldn't waste your time, there no point if your just going to get banned again (you will). Try another advertiser imo.
