    Is there any tool to check previous page rank for any website.

    Because of that we can easily compare all the up and downs in Page Ranks any time.

    I don't think such a tool exists. It would require a huge database and a large amount of processing power.

    I think Google will start that kind of service. Because Google is having that source of database.

    As per my knowledge still such kind of tools are not available in the web world. May be any one working on that or better google know.

    Not any such tool to check previous PRs of our sites, we can keep in our personal record for every PR changed.

    There is http://push2check.com but it's only useful if the site has been checked in the past. However, PR has very little meaning these days, compared to what it used to, so knowing previous page rank won't really help or change anything.
