Previous & Next Button

I was wondering how would I make a previous and next button similar to this site: http://www.zomganime.com/kateikyoushi-hitman-reborn-episode-123/

I like how it turn blue/highlight once you put your cursor over it.

Yes i know the code, I asked how I would create a similar one to zomganime.

 

He is not using any tricky method just edit style.css file and if ur theme do not have this option (next and previous post link) then u also have to add php code , as bango said:

There are some usefull plugins available which can mark ur pages by number some are wp page nav but here this plugin will not work for u, just edit ur style.css file.

Ummm, any guide on the css edit? I am basically still all new too this. I had to restart my site due to some internal errors. so ya i trying to get everything up quickly.
