Previous Kontera's record missing???

    It was this year January 2008, i try check out my revenue reports in the kontera, i was shock that when i try to check out my previous record from Jan 2007 to Aug 2007, was not found and no where i have receive any payment from them neither from check or paypal. I have email them 2 ~ 3 times but still not the answer that i am asking....




    Does anyone have the same issue as i am having?

    I have the same problem, mate. It's pretty annoying. Not that I made lots of $$$$ so far with it but still it seems odd.

    I have just received the email with attachment of the previous record, and as they mentioned, they are working out and fixing the problem.

    For what i see is maybe they are updating their system at the moment.

    Yes, I have MAJOR problems getting a response from Kontera about anything.
