Well as you all know i have been staying away from the directory section and mostly just reading. After my good long break from holiday vacation today i was surfing phpLD website and saw this. I personally think this is cool. i love the fact that now you can create pages through the admin panel rather than copying and pasting .php files and editin the template file and creating a whole new .tpl file. http://www.phplinkdirectory.com/articlescript/phpLD_3_3_Preview.php another good step for the script.
Yess...once this one is finalized the 3.3 team will definitely get the new system of page editing done right.
I have seen the preview. There are some upgrades both in main page and admin panel. In this version, I think, focused on articles (visitors can post articles), which is very nice to me. Really waiting for the final release of version-3.3
About time they are developing a new version. Like MeetHere said, however, I do believe some of the mods that can be preinstalled should already be part of the new version.
This is really cool and many features included with this update. It is more of a business directory than a link directory now.
Looks good but they have to improve on Articles section It would be good if PHPLD allows article submission along with the link
Agreed not many changes. Though.. Why should phpld come preinstalled with mods? Did they develop it? They got right to integrate something when its developed by them.
Is there any demo available right now ? Also, like others, I too was expecting a few pre-installed mods.
Thanks for sharing this info. It's great that they have developed the admin section for creating pages. We will get rid of copying and pasting I like it
Looks good, I’m looking forward to using it. I was just about to have a new template made, will wait until 3.3 now. Thanks Brian
I really think that this will be worth the money spent, with so many features that come along with this update.
So what ever happened to college? Isnt that why you sold idk? PS thx for the preview as it looks promising thx malcolm
hmn, looks good, but free mods come pre-installed should also consider giving credit to the one who created it.
