    Ill be honest with you. Your template sucks. It just looks cheap...

    Get something professional. Invest a bit in a good template then blend adsense in with the rest of your site. Your adsense is a bit 'in your face' on your site at the moment.

    most probably the ads is not targeted ads. use keyword targeted content so that it will appear targeted ads
