Hi, I am soon to be launching a website that consists of a lot of videos, in my free section I wish to play the samples as flvs sense its pretty common these days, right now all my video files are pretty high quality wmv format, and what i want to do is cut a piece from these videos and convert to flv, but i dont want to lose quality, at least not to much, i know some quality is lose no matter what, but from my experience it is a dramatic loss, i have seen high quality videos in flv format, could someone direct me to a program that allows me to determine the quality loss?

You need a FLV encoder to do that. Check Sothink FLV encoder, which can encode 1080p HD FLV movies.
