Prevent Google indexing addondomain.maindomain.com and maindomain.com/addondomain.com

    Hi,

    I started a new custom coded site and added it as an addon domain to my hosting account. Now, the site is indexed by Google in three ways:

    1. addondomain.com
    2. addondomain.maindomain.com
    3. maindomain.com/addondomain.com

    This is the first time this is happening to me. I have many WordPress sites but this never happened. Maybe WordPress has some settings to prevent this.

    I don't want to have problem with duplicate content issue. I want to keep addondomain.com indexed but prevent other two from being indexed by Google. How can I do that?
