Try and ban the ip address via htdocs if you are using wordpress or report Google adsense if you feel anything suspicious

Adsense should really add their own ban ip / ban referrer system. :)

It would be nice if google had some way to monitor this or prevent it in your account. I think it would be a little difficult though. You can block ip addresses through your host company, but if you have many visitors it gets difficult to go through a bunch of logs, and time consuming. This works well if there is a particular troublesome visitor, but for clicks it would be hard to narrow it down.

There is nothing you can do to prevent yourself from being click bombed. If you suspect that you are being click bombed, then report the matter to google along with the IP particulars. Google will take care of it...

There is a process that you can follow if you suspect someone of double clicking your Adsense ads which involves reporting the details to Google, who thereafter assess the case.

But there is nothing that YOU can do by yourself to stop someone else from double clicking your ads.

adsense is a way to get exit from your site, i dont think it's possible to detect IP who has already clicked adsense.
Google may detect multiple clicks from one source and treat it accordingly. But your competitor always have a chance to make u suffer :p and google knows it :)
