I am curious to how this works. I bought something from somebody and what they sent me was not as described and did not work. I asked nicely for a refund in paypal and they denied it. I asked for help on here thru PM and they will not help. I am wanting to leave a negative feed back but if I do so then I am thinking he would just do the same thing so that would accomplish nothing for me since I will end up with one as well. I am not asking for you all to get involved since that is not your alls job. I am just wondering what is usually done in cases like this.
