Pretty Simple Job-Need Headers Designed and Installed on WP

I'm back again for more WP headers.
*I need 2 headers designed and installed on 2 WP blogs-this is easy cause I'm not picky it just has to look good is all I ask. One on a certain town and one on celebs.
*I also want a cool theme for Word Press(I am NOT picky I just want a cool theme and not the standard, basic theme it comes with.)

I would like it done within 12 hours.
